Our leadership team is made up of a committed group of ministers who carry out their responsibilities in a voluntary capacity.
Pastor Edwin Egede
Pastor Edwin is a lawyer, PhD holder and University lecturer. He began voluntary pastoral work in 1996 when he was sent out with 8 others to plant a church in the Lagos metropolis of Nigeria which grew into an area church having oversight of 5 parishes. He was ordained as an assistant pastor of the RCCG in 1997 and thereafter as a full pastor in 2006. He has pastoral oversight over the Garden of the Lord. Pastor Edwin has a passion for souls and delights in helping people to grow into their full potential in the Lord.
Pastor Tamara (Hephzibah) Egede
Pastor Tamara fondly known in church as Pastor Hephzibah is a dual qualified lawyer. She has worked alongside with her husband, Pastor Edwin in the ministry and was ordained as a deaconess of the RCCG in 1998 and thereafter as an assistant pastor in 2006. Pastor Hephzibah has oversight over several ministries in the church, including the Building Blocks Centres (the small groups ministry) and the Berean Institute (the Discipleship ministry).
Pastor Shola Oniosun
Pastor Shola is an architect. He was ordained as a deacon in the RCCG in 2006 and has oversight of the King's Men fellowship, a ministry dedicated to building men of integrity and power who will serve as role models in their families, church and society at large. Pastor Shola also heads other ministries within the church, including the ushering ministry and the evangelism and outreach team. He is married to Yetunde (head of the Children's church) and they have two children.
Pastor Seyi Adesina
Pastor Seyi worked as a banker in Nigeria and is currently a PhD student at the Cardiff University. He was ordained as a deacon in the RCCG in 2007. He volunteers in church and has oversight of the music ministry, including the Fountain of Life (the church choir) and is the co-ordinator of one of the church’s university fellowships. He is an anointed and dynamic singer and is married to Funbi, (a praise leader in the Fountain of Life) and they have a daughter.
Pastor Eyitayo Kolawole
Pastor Eyitayo is an MBA holder and business analyst. He was ordained as a deacon in the RCCG in 2008. He is the head usher and also acts as co-ordinator of one of the church’s university fellowships, the Bus shuttle service and serves as the Church Administrator. He is married to Jumoke,(a Sunday school teacher and teacher in the children’s church) and they have a daughter.
Pastor Temidayo Idisha
Pastor Temidayo Idisha is an Economist and an MBA holder. He is an ordained deacon in the RCCG. He had worked in various administrative capacities with RCCG, Abuja in Nigeria. His last posting was as the pioneer Provincial Administrative Secretary to the Northern Province 14, Abuja. He has oversight of the church’s Boys Brigades and the Sanitation units. He is married to Deaconess Funke (head of Tabitha group of the church) and they have three children.
